A client leaving your chair often needs another service: colour before a wedding, a treatment after a massage, a cut before an appointment. Meshup connects partner businesses, guides the client to the right place and pays the one who made the recommendation.
Trust score
Rating is one-sided: Meshup computes the score from appointments actually kept, cancellations, no-shows and client ratings. No business can rate itself or erase an incident.

Our roots
An Alsatian company, not an anonymous platform
Meshup was born in Alsace in May 2026 from a simple observation: small wellness businesses — beauty institutes, hair salons, barbers, spas — pay too many ancillary costs to do their job. Online calendar, card terminal, POS software, e-invoicing, accountant: each bills its share, and the bill arrives every month, even when the calendar is empty.
Existing platforms — Planity, Booksy, Iara — have one thing in common: a subscription that can reach €110 per month per location, plus paid modules. For a multi-site salon, the bill climbs quietly. Meshup flips the logic: one subscription, one place to run the calendar, take payments, invoice and pay the team.
Our difference is the network: an algorithm connects partner businesses, guides the client to the complementary treatment, fills empty slots and pays a commission to the business that made the recommendation. As well as costing less, the business creates an additional income stream. NF525 invoicing, accounting, end-of-day closing, the Stripe terminal (around €24 of bank rental saved) and payslips in 3 clicks (€13 to €24 saved per payslip) are built in, with no need to change banks.
We remain a human-sized, reachable team that knows the field and the constraints of a salon on a Saturday morning. Our servers are in France, our backups are encrypted and AI processing runs on Meshup infrastructure — not at a foreign subcontractor.

What does Meshup actually cost?
Free to start, €39 per month for Premium and €69 for Premium+ (2 locations included, card terminal and payslips included). Each additional location costs €10 per month. No setup fee.
Do I need to change banks to use the card terminal?
No. Payments are processed by Stripe, including on the physical terminal included with Premium+. Your usual bank account stays yours: only the terminal rental contract — typically €24 per month at traditional banks — disappears.
Are payslips really included?
Yes. They are included from the Premium plan onwards. Meshup prepares payslips from the hours and absences already recorded in the calendar, and you approve them in three clicks. Accountants usually charge between €13 and €24 per payslip: that cost disappears.
How does the network between businesses work?
Each business can recommend a complementary partner. When a recommended client books with that partner, the referrer earns a configured commission: 10 % for the same trade, 5 % for a complementary trade. The client gets a 5 % discount.
Where is my data hosted?
On our own servers in France, with encrypted backups and data export at any time. Artificial-intelligence processing (pricing, assistant) runs on Meshup infrastructure, not at a foreign subcontractor.
